AIGUILLE DU MIDI

A 7am shot as we were busy packing up the car. I shall really miss this. The mountains; the huge skies; the weather, being everything it possibly can be in a single day. Oh, I shall miss it all. The Brie and baguettes.

Hopefully, for us and the majority of co-owners, a sale won't go through; then they can keep it for their skiing, and we can keep coming here in the summer.

But whatever happens, it has been a huge privilege to explore this part of the Alps.
