Park Run

This is Al after running 5k this morning, poor thing.

Our Saturday movie was Men In Black. The children enjoyed it. It wasn't as good as I remembered but I am finding that a lot these days....

Didn't do much. Al felt his 5k covered it and Betsy and I are still a bit cold-ey.
