Independence Decorations

It has been almost a week since Independence Day here in Mexico, but the decorations remain. This independence bell hangs at Plaza Kyoto on the recently refurbished arch. I have taken its photo a half dozen times since returning. I kept trying and trying for something Blip worthy, even to the point of waking in the middle of the night with ideas on how to photograph this before it is taken down (testament to how Blipfoto invades one's life). The results of my previous efforts were never very interesting, so this morning I laid on the ground directly beneath it, after having envisioned this shot during a sleepless bout the previous night, and finally got something more than simply a literal representation of the scene before me (though I have plenty of those that will need deleting).
