Ponytail, verdigris and flag
A shot in the castle grounds at the Food Festival. Not many folk around this morning compared with yesterday. I like it that way - you can move about and chat to stall-holders easily - but it probably doesn't do a lot for sales!
Back out again now to pick up something to cook tonight that will cure Cath's cold and cough. Maybe some venison and local honey, because she's a such a sweet deer.
I bought a very small loaf of Hobbs' light rye soughdough, and fed it to the invalid with chicken soup for lunch (chicken soup is the necessary thing for someone with a cold). It is was very nice. And pricey!
