The Twisted Oak in Brahan Woods

Lovely walk today in woods in Maryburgh. Poppy was in one of her aloof moods today and spent most of the walk in the undergrowth miles ahead of Bud and I. Bud played with his ball and hurtled around like a mad thing. Definitely an autumnal feel in the air. When we got home they were tired for a short while and settled down together in the smallest bed they have. We have 3 beds of varying sizes, the smallest of which Poppy can just about fold herself up in order to get in it, but this is the one they share.
