The latest view of the rejuvenation of the Niers Park. not finished by a long way, but next year should see the new trees take hold and the Wild Flower fields mature and fill out.(to the right of the photo, behind the trees.) Much better than the desolate site we have had for the last few years. In the far distance there are several "Keep Fit" machines, we had a go on them this morning and have decided to make a real effort to go regularily and use them. That means a 10 minute walk before and after the exercise, HHHMMMM !
