It's my bathroom door!

It's pretty clever really . The part with the person playing the tambourine is the shower, and when you open the middle section to go into the bathroom, the bathroom door becomes the door of the shower cubicle. Ingenious!

Oh and I think there is a topless woman in there somewhere too!
