Now we have everything

Give me an E...

Robin left in the wee hours for Sunderland today so it was like another week day for me and Charlie.

I had us both up, fed and Charlie was washed and dressed ready to hit two Nearly New Sales in Crouch End this morning. The little man had other ideas though! He did not want me to get ready at all and then did a huge up the back poo right before we were due to leave. That was nearly today's blip picture :)

Poor Charlie is still full of his cold and was especially clingy so I decided cuddles were more important than Nearly New bounty.

All the other girls made it and it's a good job we didn't bother going late as they were queuing to get in before the start time- and then there wasn't much left within 30 minutes. Never come between a North London mum and a bargain, clearly!

Instead we just hung out in the play room. Charlie loves the blocks in his walker. They're a perfect size and weight for him to pick up and play with.

Afterwards we took a nap which was bliss. I'm going to try and get as much sleep in whilst on maternity leave as possible. Then it was time for some avocado and banana sandwiches (for him at least!) and a play in the jumperoo whilst I hoovered up the leftovers and the rest of downstairs.
