Ducks!

Today didn't quite go to plan. It wasn't supposed to rain when it did, which was part of the problem! We had driven to a corner of the island to go on a walk to see some ruins, but just as we arrived there it started chucking it down! So we moved on, but even when it had stopped raining, the ground was waterlogged and we weren't getting anywhere. We were then stopped in our tracks by this lot, who insisted we give them some sort of payment before letting us pass (luckily we had some crackers in the car).
Then decided to take a look around the museum in Stornoway to find that it was closed until 2015!
Went home to read and relax instead. Did manage a yummy meal out this evening though!
