Rainy day

Class this morning was really interesting. Lasted over 3 hours as our tutor was really passionate about the subject and is rather high up there in through field. Learned all about the ancient hominids and a bit about what we know of the life of early humans. Headed to the library in the afternoon to check out recommended reading. Quickly got fed up of sitting in the library so headed to a cafe for a hot chocolate.
Then headed back to psych where there was 'drinks' for postgrads and lecturers. Got to know a few more of the masters students and a couple of phds. Think this year is going to have a really good community spirit.
Has felt like a really long day though so looking forward to sleep!
