Ahoy there!

Possibly my most productive & informative Blip to date with actually some meaning. This is from our balcony over the looking the creek that runs into the river Dart in Tuckenhay. It's a £3m cottage with 5 bedrooms and under floor heating. I've learnt alot about tides today as only an hour ago there was nothing in this creek
