September Challenge: Day10 ....

Cake.

It was another early morning for us as we have a 7:00 am PST flight back to Pennsylvania. But as it turned out we could have slept in a little bit more as the security lines weren't even open when we arrived at the airport!

Since it was a day primarily spent in either an airplane or the airport, I was wondering what I could do for today's challenge ~ cake. Then as I was taking photos from the air, R said the ground was flat as a pancake! Perfect! This shot was taken while we were flying over Phoenix, Arizona.

We arrived back at Newark Airport safe and sound and started for home after collecting our car. Stopped at White Castle for a quick bite to eat and made it home by 9:00 pm EST. Traveling between coasts always makes for a long day, but it's worth it!

Our kitties were glad to see us, as we were glad to be home!
