Berries in the Evening Sun
I felt a bit more like myself today and realized how far behind I had gotten on... well EVERYTHING. So I played catch-up all day. As evening approached I realize that I didn't have an image yet. It had been an overcast day and every time I thought about going out to shoot, I'd look at the light and find something else to do...
The sun made an appearance at the end of the day, so I hurried out to see what I could find. I impatiently waited for the birds, who apparently weren't hungry tonight. I took a walk and didn't see a thing to shoot. I found a spider and took some pretty bad images of it. As I was concentrating on the spider, my neighbor said, "Did you see the eagle flying overhead?" GRRRRR!
My light was fading fast and another neighbor mentioned the berries on a bush in her yard. They had about 3 minutes of light (or less) on them so I went over an got this at the last minute.
Not my favorite image, but it gets the job done... tomorrow is another day... ;)
