Definitely something there!
The yoga session this morning was very interesting as our teacher decided to make use of the chairs in the hall and so instead of completing the postures from our yoga mats, we were either sitting in a chair or working against a wall. it was really interesting and used quite different muscles - I hope we do that again.
The sun was shining through the cold wind and the walk was quite exhilarating. I was joined by my friends with Brodie and at the beginning we had all three dogs and then we noticed that two had disappeared. We retraced our steps a bit and found both of mine with their heads firmly in a tussock under a rotting tree stump! Brodie soon joined in and there you have the blip. Ben Vorlich was looking sharp which is a sure sign of rain but in the meantime this angle gives a good view of the de-forrested hillside, although you cannot tell that it has been re planted, going down to the moorland on the right hand side where I often walk.
