I rose, but, thank goodness I didn't see any House Martins !!

I think they've all headed orf sarf for the winter...

There were a couple of Swallows swooping round the garden this evening - in the rain, but I wasn't tempted to get soaked again in vain.

The light this morning on the dog walk was golden, and a bit easier to capture than a blipping Martin.

Not sure what prompted that outburst, but....

At least I mostly know what day of the week it is.
