It would have been better had I stayed in bed.

BT failed again. I was going to post a pic of my phone flying out of the window but wet chickens are a better option.

Looking forward to another 11 days without my phone line. BT customer services are so bad there is a 14 day waiting list to get through to their complaints department. That can be reduced to 14 minutes if you happen to mention that your next communication will be with Watchdog.
