GETTING READY for WINTER

A black squirrel is a rare sight around here – this is the first I’ve seen in several years. There are tons of squirrels, but they’re always the regular brown variety. This little guy had buried an acorn in my yard and was pushing the grass back over the hole. Interesting to see the underside of his hand-like front foot is pink!
