h.Arts Anthony Priddle artist

Back to the h.Arts 'trail' again today, finding more of Herefordshire's remarkable artists. One whose work impressed me was architect turned artist Anthony Priddle, pictured with his dogs in his wonderful home gallery space.
As well as creating a successful architectural practice, Anthony is a very talented creative, painting expressive landscapes and making subtle, minimalist photography. He said the camera on his old BlackBerry gave him just the results he liked, his newer phone being 'too good'. Easy to understand when you see his landscape paintings which capture the 'feel' of the place, not just the view.
I really enjoyed his work, and our long conversation, yet another highlight of Herefordshire's Art Week.
