Homeward bound

Today we left our lovely lakeside apartment and began our home run.

We drove through Switzerland - such a stunning country. I think I might like to visit again one day.

Husbands client offered to book us a table at their favourite restaurant in zermatt. Unfortunately we would not make it in time for lunch hours so we continued on to Lausanne. When we arrived we found it to be an extremely vast and expensive city so we took clients advice and drove on to besancon.

Besancon turned out to be a large university town full of bustling students. It appears the town is having a massive overhaul and a huge tram network is being installed.

Of course where there are students... There has to be the obligatory curry house.

After checking in at the standard issue ibis we went on a hunt for curry heaven.
