Leaving the Forth

A last glimpse of the Forth Bridge as my train sped away from Edinburgh. I like the way it appears amongst the farmland here, with the water of the Forth completely hidden. Basically most of the darker foreground is West Lothian and most of the more distant sunlit upland is over the water in Fife.

When I arrived at the accomodation I sat down in the restaurant with some food and thought I'd have a look at Blip on the iPad. The first thumbnail that I noticed was of a photo taken probably an hour or so earlier and at the next table to the one where I was sitting. (Same view, different colour articial flowers is all.)
