After today’s French seminar, we decided to get some planning done for the weekend. So we bought tickets to go to Annecy with a few people for the day on Saturday. It’s not too far from Switzerland and looks beautiful, so I’m excited.

Once that was finished, Louise Ida and I headed to the shopping centre in Parte-Dieu. The weather today was very bleak and unpleasant so we preferred to stay inside. Autumn is definitely on its way. Sad times. We wandered in and out of different shops. I was surprised when I wanted to try something on in one of the shops and my bag had to be security checked before I went into the changing rooms.... didn’t realise I looked that suspicious.

A little bit later in the afternoon we went back to Bellecour to meet Hana, who decided she’d be my model for today’s picture, she makes me laugh so much! We then found a little café where we sat and enjoyed a drink and a chat together.

I’ve really met some great people already over the past 2 weeks, and looking forward to building memories with everyone over the next few months. So blessed!
