Day 23 - Georgetown, Washington DC

Our last day in Washington (and the USA) was a bit more relaxed. We headed to Georgetown which is the oldest part of the city. It is full of cute boutique shops, cafes & restaurants. Other highlights include the steps used in the film The Exorcist and the home of JFK before he became president (today's photo). Nice house. He also proposed to Jackie in the pub at the end of his street - it didn't look very fancy!

Home early tonight to pack and prepare for our journey to Canada tomorrow!
