Holding on to Summer

It's chilly today but there is some weak sunshine and wisps of blue sky.....still a couple of butterflies braving the cooler temperatures too!

Can anyone suggest a programme/app that is REALLY SIMPLE to use that does 'colour popping'? I think that's the correct term, mainly black and white but with just one colour showing.
