Pink lady

It's ages since I last had a pink lady apple. I was surprised when I bit into it to see that the colour continues underneath the skin, too.

Off sick today - last week at conference and then the weekend away have caught up with me and I have a cold. It's not a terrible one, but I was just feeling totally wiped out. Had a good day of rest, barely moving from the sofa - should do the trick, I think.
