Flat

After an afternoon Literacy course in the City Chambers I wandered down into town and home. Looking at all the fantastic architecture on the buildings, this hotel stood out as the ugly duckling.

I have stumbled through the day not quite in the zone; I fell asleep on the short bus journey and have had continual chest pain; a burning feeling and my heart has been racing. I feel like something horrible is going to happen.

A friend has got me a swim pass for her club tonight so tonight her and I are going to do the Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Hopefully that will go some way in calming me.
