What's not to love?

On the eve of a trip abroad, I couldn't help noticing how beautiful home is. The sudden late-afternoon sun after a dreich day, the red of the sandstone at this part of the coast (unusual for here - is it related to the red sandstone on Arran?) and the nearer red of the hips on the rose bush in the foreground - it's not much of a photo, technically, but it sums up the emotion of a moment.
