"D'amour"...

...How could I resist taking this shot high up in the forest gum today...yes, I know I promised to present a capture of the river - but that will have to be tomorrow, the river will still be there, but these little Lorikeets may not be - they move so very fast...normally..

...But today there was much talking going on up there on the branches, love tones I could hear..Sweet Nothings perhaps - as right after this blip was taken - off she flew - and there was much chasing going on among the gum trees whilst we had a bbq down along the river..

...No, no chamber music for us today, minuets or merriment to accompany us as we cooked the barbecue, only lots of birdlife, quite a few interested tourists and locals running their dogs, bikes whisking by and eventually - the old P.S. Rothbury...tomorrow we'll see her again...
