We have gone away with the van to Lyme Regis for a long awaited weekend break.
Once we got settled we went for a circular walk from the Caravan park to Charmouth and back. It was supposed to be 2.5 miles - a pleasant 40 minute stroll - but a cow chased us out of a field and we had to double back. We stumbled back to the van exhausted and bloodied (I scraped my arm climbing over a fence).
We consoled ourselves with alcohol (see rule #1) and settled in for the evening with 'The French Lieutenant's Woman' (very appropiaite as set in Lyme Regis) on the DVD, and one of the man's epic Mexican' meal's - can't get better than that.

This is a lovely tree we saw on the walk (before we were chased by the cow!).
