Autumn fruit

I love Damsons. The blue powdery colour is like no other and the jam they make is delicious. It's a shame about the stones but I can live with that.

Tomorrow is the annual village produce show and Jane has been baking and making jam for the past couple of days. There is also a photo competition which we will enter. This years crop of all fruit is the best I can remember.

I thought the gentle autumn sunlight on these looked lovely at the end of what has been rather a miserably wet day
