Raw kedgeree
Well, that was how it was described in the recipe I was following. I admit it doesn't much look like the standard version (probably because I was rather more generous with the cabbage than the parsnip). However, the taste was remarkably similar. No doubt due to the ground spices. Topped with a brazil nut and ginger sauce.
