So tiny and insignificant

Tonight I saw the moon through a telescope for the first time on my own. If you know me at all, a telescope is something I've always wanted. I must admit, I was as giddy as a Scifi geek at Comic Con. I literally watched the moon move out of the viewfinder like 5 times.

Many people don't stop to think about the magnitude, of what most think, is an insignificant object that orbits earth. This is all but a reminder to me that I'll never be as powerful as I think nor as entitled as I believe I should be because in the realm of things, I'm only insignificant to the whole of the universe. Something to ponder.
