New NFL season

Delayed by 4o min due to thunder and lightning warning in Denver. Poor multi-million dollar players. They didn't care about the 1000's fan exposed to the same storm though.

This morning I had a deep clean at the dentists. This involved numbing 3 quarters of my face and digging around under the gum line, between the teeth, irrigating with antibiotics and polishing. Gross cost $660, I negotiated down my share (after insurance) to $120. Worst thing was the injections. Mouth still hurts now.

Couldn't talk or move half my face for about 3 hours after. Therefore stayed at home until the afternoon walking the dog, watching Murray lose in straight sets and revamping my CV.

Came up with some new ideas to pass the time in the lab whilst I wait for my new job to come along.
