Vacations past

We are starting a fridge magnet collection depicting the wife and I's vacations together. We are missing ones from our first ever trip together to Santa Barbara and our short trip to Las Vegas. Also we visited England last October, but mum (who comes out on Monday for 3 weeks) is rectifying that. Hopefully many more magnets to come!

Another scorching hot day here today. 90 degrees at the coast. The wife is melting in her office as we have no AC in the house and the fans are just pushing hot air around. Time to invest in some more.

Taking it easy at work this week. Nothing too taxing. Planned to meet with the boss tomorrow but he has announced he is away for a Jewish holiday. We didn't go in depth with the paper I mentioned yesterday. Instead we are saving that joy for lab meeting next week.....
