Another Blip and run so apologies once more, what a bad Blipper I am at the moment

We started a C25K running program this week so with that and some long work days there has been even less time to comment.

I am still working on the same stretch of the Dee so finding new photos for you is proving a bit more difficult now, still I do like a challenge!
