After a busy morning working I visited my Polish barber on Porty High Street late this afternoon. He and his female colleague have cut my hair ever since we moved back to Edinburgh this time last year. I am really pleased with the very high standard of their work and the excellent value for money of their service.

We completed our fifty mile (mainly off road) ride to North Berwick and back by The John Muir Way yesterday and really enjoyed the very sunny excursion. Today's cloud and cooler temperatures are preparing us for the arrival of autumn this weekend I suspect!
