12 hour journey between Morondava and Tana with a quick stop in Antsirabe. Had lunch in a gargotte - typical little hole in the wall restaurant. Very cheap and hearty food. Rhiannon felt sick from the car journey though.

Made it to Tana and our hotel where we were able to have our first shower with hot water (and clean, not-river water!) in about three weeks. Hurrah!
