Looking up in Edinburgh

This morning I was speaking at an event in the Balmoral Hotel (I still think of it as the North British!). Since tables full of suited delegates make for very dull photographs, I contented myself with looking up when I left.

Edinburgh shops have grand roofscapes - though I think this may once have been a rather grand hotel. I may be wrong.
