King's Cup

I caught the 8.30am ferry and was with the parentals for morning coffee - very satisfactory! I took mum shopping and managed to get myself a new phone - the Tesco sales lady was very excited...until I said that I wanted the cheapest vodaphone in the shop!! It was £12.50. Fab. It also works a treat!
We had lunch in the yacht club - where the King's Cup was in full swing - this yacht was captured as it returned home - it wasn't first!
I returned on the 5.45pm ferry and took a wee drive along the front to view the cowboys and girls who were visiting for the Country and Western weekend. It was so busy and noisy...each to their own.
I really enjoyed my day and thrive on the thought of a whole day in one place with no way into work!! Bliss!!!
