Last day

Shouldn't gloat, really shouldn't, but today is the last day of the six week LONG school holidays. Back to routine tomorrow - the teen will get a very nasty shock, being forced out of bed at 6:30, today, due to an oversight on my part (forgot to leave the house phone in his room before going out*) he managed to sleep until 12:00.

The weather is playing its part too, getting hotter and hotter as the week goes on - which will probably cause the kids to be kicked out early for 'hitzefrei', joy.

* is enables me to ring home and wake him - no point ringing his mobile because he's clever enough to put it on flight mode at night, but the house phone ringing on the other side of his room to his bed...I am so mean.
