Neighbourhood Watch
I stayed overnight in Glasgow on my way back from Bristol Airport. Before heading back to Argyll I visited my favourite camera shop in the Merchant City as I needed to replace a lens. This old dear was " windae hinging " ( Stanley Baxter Parliamo Glasgow, looking out ofher window to view thw passerd by ). She was happy to pose for me as I tried out a new lens and waved across and chatted with me.
I preferred this one taken when she hadn't spotted me. The man in the camera shop liked this one as well and named it the " Neighbourhood Watch" as she's always there. While I was there several people came along and chatted to her as they passed. Should have said hers was a first floor window so she really did have a good view of the street.
