Baking bread

Sunday morning and I made 2 loaves of basic white bread. It came out just right and tasted great with my farm jam from Cumbria and with cheese.

I've started a new sourdough starter ((the last one died, I think it was down to the increase in temp) so hopefully will be making sourdough bread soon.
