New neighbours

This morning when I went out the space on the road in front of this house was blocked of for the new residents to move in.
When I got in this evening it looked liked they'd moved in - bollards gone, curtains up etc but this sofa is sitting outside.

Why?

Are they waiting for help to manoeuvre it indoors?
Is it too big/awkward to fit through the front door
Or what?
