How?

Last day today. Again we just wandered around the Puerto de Sol which was full of street artists. How do they do this? S seems to think there is a hidden ledge that the guy is sitting on.
I have had a fantastic few days in Madrid, thanks S!
Didn't make it to the Museo del Prado, I'll go there next time!!
