I had a delightful day; ran faster than ever, lay on bed recovering while also making savoury and sweet muffins, made THE best chocolate & Oreo ice cream ever, took a roadtrip over Baseline Rd, walked a bit of the Kal-Haven trail with my sweetheart and sat on a bench for hours with swinging legs eating home-made muffins and watching people and clouds and a remarkable jovial VIKING drift by.
