Party in the Park

We had a quiet "at home" morning today. Pottering around the house, hubbie and Ethan made a carrot cake, the time flew by!

Ethan and I then met up with Foreveryoung, Mr Foreveryoung and Eden to go to Party in the Park. It was free entry but most of the activities were chargeable - it's amazing how quickly it mounts up! Ethan did still manage to get a sword balloon, glitter tattoo, held a baby owl, shots on 2 different inflatables, mini waltzers and swinging chairs. Phew! Surprisingly he then really enjoyed the playpark too even though I thought he'd find it a bit boring after all that fun stuff!

I then left him with the Foreveryoungs for his Sunday night sleepover while hubbie and I had a "date night". We went for dinner at Wagamamas, then to the cinema to see We're the Millers and to enjoy a fab Ben and Jerry's ice-cream sundae. Nice to be going to see a grown up film for a change!
