Rhubarb Jam

We arrived at the Lothian Cat Rescue Open Day a wee bit to late to get any of the yummy home baking but not too late to get some homemade rhubarb jam.

Reason we were late was that we were having a lovely afternoon at Lovecrumbs to celebrate Nicola's birthday with tasty cake (a divine salted caramel tart) and hot chocolate.
