La Mi Bemol

It was hot again so after church and coffee on the square, I took a long siesta and caught up with the football. Deciding to shake of the torpor later on, we took ourselves off to a little mountain village where there was a free choral concert. The choir was from Perpignan and the standard was good. My favourite piece was Viva Tutte le Vezzose. Afterwards there were aperitifs and food in the village square laid on by the organising committee and the Mairie. It was all very convivial.
