And so, like Ruby, the detox commences.

Where has Ruby has opted for Green Sludge, I have opted for Red Lusciousness. I have decided to give the Juice Doctor ago. There are Juices for Arthritis (tick), Migraine (tick), general lethargy (tick), so am hoping that in three days, there will be a veg and fruit filled me with less than aching fingers, no sore head, and boundless energy.

Time will tell.
