What a shock, the bulkhead turned right over

To be sure, we got up this morning, so we did.

And then we headed for the port. So we did.

To be sure, it wasn't the best weather, the wind would fair be blowing a hooley, so it was.

There's a Ferry in Troon, so there is. It goes to Ireland, so it does.

We got a deal, so we did. Well, when I say we got a deal, I nagged P&O until they gave in and gave us a really cheap ticket to Ireland :-) And it would have been stupid to not use it, to be sure.

So we got on the ferry, so we did. And discovered there was only one observatory which was also the smoking area, so it was.

But hey ho; we stood there, so we did. And watched Troon disappear, so it did.
Ailsa Craig appear and then disappear, and then we decided to go on for coffee, so we did; which coincidentally occured at the same time as we went past the Mull, and were hit by even stronger gales.

Twenty minutes later I was stood in the toilet... praying I could get a cubical, but it was not to be, to be sure. And there I was, heaving my insides out into the sink. The reason I couldn't get into a cubical, was because they were also full of ladies shouting down the pan so they were.

I managed to get back out on the deck, and stood there frozen to the spot, while a man by my side swore revenge on Neptune and all things sailing on the sea, to be sure.

Then we got to Ireland, with one more heave ho, to be sure.

We had a wee drive around, seen lots of Union Jacks which made us feel very happy, lots of Red Hands, which made me crease my eyebrows slightly, and several PINK UVF flags. Which confused me, to be sure.

Then we got back on the boat. Doped up this time, so I fell asleep straight away, so i did; And then I woke up and we were nearly home. to be sure.

And now, am exhausted.

So thank you P&O for putting up with my non-stop complaining emails. Your wee trip to Ireland was very lovely so it was. Your wee boaty, is very nice, so it is. Your multi-story car park inside your boaty is a wee bit scary, to be sure.

But all in all, a very wild experience for my hair.
