Cycle friendly establishment!

Working up towards our 100 mile cycle resulted in us deviating from our usual route to increase our mileage up to sixty miles. Was a strange morning weather wise as we got soaked just after we left home and then when we hit the top of the world we were in glorious sunshine. Garmin gave me over 5000 feet of ascent which is a wee record for me!

Really noticed the change in the weather as it was a wee bit fresh. I have really enjoyed my cycling this year but unfortunately living in these Isles, the realist in me tells me that heading out at 5am to ride up into the mountains is not going to be a pleasant experience. Just as well as I entered the marathon next year, running shoes at the ready!!!
